ITTlist connects companies seeking bespoke hardware or services, with companies keen to supply these products and
services.
It's a subscription-free procurement service which operates on a “pay per proposal” basis, and it works as follows:
1. A company seeking a product or service sends us their ITT.
2. We remove the contact details from their ITT, and upload it to ITTlist.com – free of charge.
3. Potential suppliers can search the ITT list – free of charge.
4. Once a supplier has found an ITT of interest, they send us their proposal, complete with the submission fee.
5. Once the payment and proposal have been received, the proposal is manually inspected by our team.
6. If the proposal fails to address the points raised by the ITT (i.e., if the proposal is a generic marketing document, or “spam”), it will be returned to the sender with an explanation, and the fee will be retained.
7. If the proposal is pertinent to the ITT it will be forwarded to the Seeker, and the Seeker’s contact details will be returned to the potential Supplier.
8. The Seeker and Supplier are then free to discuss the project and negotiate as they deem appropriate, independent of ITTlist.com.
